Typically results last three to six weeks depending on hair growth, skin type, and aftercare. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hairs finer over time. We'll advise a personalized return schedule during your appointment.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first visits, but techniques and high-quality wax reduce pain. Our therapists use supportive positioning, quick strips, and pre/post care to minimize sensitivity. Numbing options may be available on request.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours beforehand, avoid sun exposure and heavy lotions on the day, and ensure hair is about a quarter inch long. Arrive clean and skip retinoids or intense treatments before waxing.

Mild redness, sensitivity, or tiny bumps can appear for a few hours to a couple days. Apply soothing gel and avoid heat activities for 24 hours. Contact us if you notice prolonged irritation, swelling, or signs of infection.

If you have eczema or extreme sensitivity, consult our therapist first. We may recommend a patch test, gentler wax, or alternative hair removal methods. Avoid waxing on active flare-ups to prevent worsening the condition.

Keep the area clean, wear loose clothing, and apply soothing aloe or recommended post-wax lotions. Avoid hot showers, saunas, and heavy sweating for 24 to 48 hours, and exfoliate gently after three to four days.
