If you've shaved recently, hair must regrow to about ¼ inch for waxing to work; this can take three to four weeks. Light trimming is fine before your appointment, but avoid shaving directly prior to waxing.

Avoid hot baths, heavy exercise and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Wear loose clothing and apply soothing aloe or our recommended balm. Exfoliate gently after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and skip strong chemical products for several days.
